– HR Manager/OD Manager works with all parts of the Talent organization and partners to develop the organization and improve effectiveness.
– The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the delivery of Buymed’s Organisational Development projects and initiatives. The role will also play an active part in the Talent Acquisition and culture building.
- 5 years of experience in HR management.
- Must have experience with established startup (after Series A), fast growing biz Ethical, caring.
- Able to work with C-level to manage by performance.
- Having good English skills.
